1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the PhysioVeda Academics website, account, paid or unpaid learning access, study resources, question practice, assessments, results, analytics and related services (“Platform”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Educational purpose only

PhysioVeda Academics is an educational learning platform for healthcare students and professionals. Content is intended to support learning, revision, practice and knowledge development.

Not medical advice

The Platform does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, patient-specific medical advice or a substitute for professional clinical judgment, institutional protocols, licensed supervision or applicable laws and regulations.

Users remain responsible for verifying information before applying it in clinical, academic, examination or professional settings.

3. Accounts and account security

• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are intended for the registered user only and may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to others.
• You must notify us through the Contact & Support page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Membership, plans and access

Features, plan duration, subject access, support level and pricing are those displayed on the Platform or checkout page at the time of purchase.

Access is licensed to you for personal educational use during the active access period. Purchase of access does not transfer ownership of any content, question bank, software, data, design or intellectual property.

If a plan is configured to renew automatically, the renewal information shown at checkout or in your account will apply. You are responsible for cancelling future renewal before the applicable renewal date where cancellation is available.

5. Payments, charges and no-refund policy

Prices, currencies, taxes and payment options may vary by location, plan and payment provider. You agree to pay all charges shown and accepted at checkout.

No refunds

All purchases, subscriptions, memberships, digital access and other payments made to PhysioVeda Academics are final and non-refundable once payment has been completed, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for unused time, partial use, change of mind, failure to use the Platform, duplicate personal purchases caused by the user, or dissatisfaction after access has been activated.

Nothing in these Terms removes any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a refund or remedy, that law will prevail.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with the payment reference and account email so the transaction can be reviewed.

6. Content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and its original content—including summaries, question banks, explanations, classifications, layouts, graphics, branding, software, databases and learning structures—are owned by or licensed to PhysioVeda Academics and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use content for your own personal learning. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, scrape, systematically download, create competing databases from, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share paid account access with another person or organization.
• Copy or export question banks, explanations or study libraries in bulk.
• Use bots, automated scripts, scraping tools or similar methods to extract content or overload the Platform.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, security systems, rate limits or payment restrictions.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with the Platform or misuse another user’s account.
• Use Platform content in a misleading, unlawful or infringing manner.

8. Platform availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, security updates, third-party failures, network problems or product development may temporarily affect availability.

We may add, remove, reorganize, update or replace subjects, questions, explanations, features, layouts or technical systems as the Platform develops.

9. Suspension or termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there has been account sharing, fraud, abuse, security risk, payment reversal, infringement, automated extraction, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms.

Termination for breach does not create a right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

10. Third-party services

The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as hosting, payment processors, analytics, email systems, embedded content or external resources. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

11. Disclaimers

Educational content may evolve as medical knowledge, educational standards and professional guidance change. While we aim for useful and reliable content, we do not warrant that every item is complete, error-free, current for every jurisdiction, suitable for a particular examination, or sufficient for clinical decision-making.

Exam formats, curricula, licensing requirements and institutional standards vary. Unless expressly stated, PhysioVeda Academics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official examination provider for any university, regulator, board or licensing authority.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhysioVeda Academics and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform, services, laws or business operations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to your subsequent use of the Platform, subject to applicable law.
